Hi there,

I want to build a new PC this christmas(a gift for myself) primarily for gaming(maybe streaming) and i know intel is slightly better on that, But i also want to learn programming/3D Modeling/Editing/Animation etc. Does the i5 8400 is good enough for all of that or do i have to get the 8600k for overclocking and better performance? Or maybe Ryzen 5 1600X for the extra threads but slightly less single core performance? I don't know what to do help.
