Crit welcomes social and raiding players, and we are currently looking for active and fun members to join! If interested please reach out to Leandras Lionheart, and feel free to fill out an application. Also check out our current and past news posts in forums for a better sense of the FC.

Serious Raiding Groups:
Currently not recruiting individual members. If you have a full or largely full raid group looking for an FC, feel free to apply.

Casual Raiding Groups:
Lea is recruiting for her super casual raid group that meets whenever most members can manage to get together. This is for those who enjoy end-game content with a fun group, but are otherwise uncomfortable committing to a raid group because work and other real life commitments means raiding comes last or second to last. If you enjoy raiding, generally know what's up with progression, and are okay with last minute cancellations–-this group is for you! We all make every effort to be available for appointed times, but we all understand life happens! If interested please fill out an application. We are open to those who are still gearing and/or leveling.

General Recruiting Information
Anyone wishing to apply, should fill out an application. The application includes questions relevant to those applying for static raid groups (as available). For those not applying for raiding, feel free to skip those questions.

Please be aware of the following before submitting your application:

For Social Applicants:

- While coming onto mumble (with a functioning mic) is not required, it is highly encouraged and we hope everyone will enjoy coming on now and then to enjoy each others company and when we are running content where it can be helpful! This includes not only dungeons or in game-content, but also social events the FC might host!
- An interview might be conducted PRIOR to accepting an application to make sure we have a similar understanding.
- For information regarding social membership or the FC in general contact Leandras Lionheart or Lea Of'the'light.

For Static Raid Applicants:

- Becoming an FC member is not required but highly desired. (Preference will be given to those wanting to join the FC)
- During progression pushes in new content, extra raid days may be added at group’s discretion.
- Must maintain a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism.
- Mumble is required and a headset with a working microphone is also required.
- A good sense of humor and good attitude is always appreciated.
- Final say on all Raid group matters is done by Raid leaders. Our raid groups are autonomous of each other with all of them running individually.
- IF you are applying from OFF SERVER, please make sure you are TRANSFER READY BEFORE putting in your application.
- An interview might be conducted PRIOR to accepting an application to get clarification on answers and / or character concerns with the applicant.
- For more information regarding raiding groups, please contact the group's respective Raid Leader. For information about the FC contact Lea Of'the'light.

For Raid Group or Raid Leader Applicants:

- Raid leaders are responsible for and to their raid groups.
- The FC makes reasonable efforts to provide raid consumables to FC raiders, and priority goes to FC members over non-members.
- The FC can provide basic recruitment support, but primary responsibility is up to the group and raid leader.
